I’m incredibly honored to share that my latest artwork, “Tree of Life,” has been selected for exhibition as part of a prestigious competition organized by Dantebus Edizioni. This piece is deeply personal to me — a symbol of growth, resilience, and the emotional transformation I’ve experienced over time.

🎨 The Style and Medium

Dimensions: 135 x 45 cm

I created this piece using acrylic paint on canvas, working with the impasto technique to build rich textures that carry weight — both physically and emotionally. I believe in letting the brush reflect truth, not just image. The thick, layered paint holds emotion in every ridge and contour.

This painting is part of the art style I founded, which I call Impasto Symbolic Emotional Realism. It's a fusion of bold texture, symbolic meaning, and raw emotional storytelling. Every color and shape carries intentional weight, rooted in lived experience.

🌿 What This Tree Means to Me

The Tree of Life has always felt like more than a symbol. In this work, the roots represent my past, my ancestry, and all the things that have shaped me — both beautiful and painful. The trunk reflects my present self — still standing despite storms — and the branches reach for the future, for freedom, for all the dreams I am still learning to claim.

“Tree of Life” is a reminder that we don’t just grow — we become, layer by layer.

This tree is me. It holds the parts I’ve shed, the ones I’ve healed, and the new ones I’m learning to embrace.

🏆 Recognition and Gratitude

Having this work selected by Dantebus to be exhibited among other powerful contemporary creations is something I’m deeply grateful for. It affirms not just the effort I’ve put into my technique, but also the courage it takes to turn personal experiences into public expressions.

🖌️ About My Journey

Art, for me, has never been about perfection. It’s about truth. I’m a Romanian artist, currently working as an international art dealer — but before anything else, I’m a storyteller. Through paint, through texture, through symbolism, I tell my story and connect it to something greater. Something we all feel.

Thank you for taking a moment to witness this piece of my journey.
